Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your projector must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all original accessories, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at refundsprojector@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the projector is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Projectors that show signs of physical damage caused after delivery, missing components, or tampered serial numbers are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and, once accepted, place a new order.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The projector must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add additional time. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at refundsprojector@gmail.com.
